HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Online Store
Ordering is easy from the Store on our website. Find the products you're looking for by browsing by category, grade, or another feature. Once you find an item you like, enter a quantity, and click the “Add to Cart” button. Click on the “My Cart” button to view items in your cart. To start the checkout process, click “Checkout.” You will then fill in your billing, shipping, and payment information. You will also be prompted to sign in, create an account, or check out as a guest. When you are finished, simply click “Place Order” to submit your order. An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you.

Materials Order Form
Orders may also be placed by filling out a Materials Order Form. Completed forms may be filled out online and submitted or the form may be completed and emailed to orders@centrailcreativity.com.

HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE AT CHECKOUT?
When you have finished placing items in your cart, proceed to your Shopping Cart. You will see a field to enter a coupon code. Enter your coupon code into the field and click “Apply.” It’s that easy!

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit cards, purchase orders, ACH, and checks.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK PURCHASES?
Yes! We offer discounts on orders of 100+ items. Contact us and we will always give you the best price possible!

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM SCHOOLS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS?
Yes! Please contact us to inquire about bulk pricing and add Central Creativity as an approved vendor.

DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?
Yes, we do! Please contact us if you need to use a purchase order. You can also request our W-9 and upload your Tax-Exempt letter if applicable.

HOW DO I GET CENTRAL CREATIVITY LISTED AS AN APPROVED VENDOR?
A W-9 or other required vendor information can be obtained by sending an email to support@centralcreativity.com. We will gladly fill out any paperwork necessary to become an approved vendor for your school or organization.

I NEED A SOLE SOURCE LETTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE. HOW DO I GET ONE?
